Customer Support Role Overview

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of this customer-focused support role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their questions via various channels.

You will work closely with our mobile operator and partners to resolve any problems that customers may encounter, perform marketing activities in collaboration with our marketing team, and assist in conducting transaction tests to identify potential issues with payment channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, Facebook, CRM, and other channels
  • Liaise with mobile operators and partners to resolve customer issues
  • Perform marketing activities with the marketing team
  • Assist in conducting transaction tests to identify payment channel issues
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a digital or online customer-facing support role
  • Positive attitude and personality
  • Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good communication skills in Spanish and English to answer customer queries in both languages
  • Comfortable working with rotating shifts
