Job Overview

As a strategic Customer Advocate, you will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by designing tailored solutions and implementing retention strategies. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Profound understanding of customer journey mapping and usability principles.
  • Strong grasp of navigation optimization, retention, and referral strategies.
  • 2-5 years of experience in related roles; at least 1 year in leadership is preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
