Sales Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share for our HVAC and NHVAC products within the G-energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive sales and revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure their success.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
