We are seeking an experienced professional to drive finance transformation and process improvement on a global scale.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on large-scale transformation projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing finance transformation strategies to optimize processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement finance transformation strategies to enhance accounting and finance operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for financial improvement and efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies to support financial processes.
  • Provide leadership in aligning financial processes with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of financial transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial transformation efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on large-scale transformation projects.
  • Senior leadership experience, preferably in a shared services company.
  • Proven expertise in implementing financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
