Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Staff to join our team at Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.), Inc. in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Preparation: Assist in preparing semi-monthly payroll, performance bonus, 13th month, sick leave conversion, annual increase, and other remuneration for the branch.
  • Financial Reporting: Reconcile employees' alphalists with the general ledger and remittance return of income tax withheld on compensation reported to BIR.
  • Budgeting: Prepare annual budget for payroll and personnel costs for GBPI and other entities.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Remittances: Process monthly remittances for employees' premium and loan payments (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth).
  • Final Pay Computation: Compute final pay for resigned employees, ensuring accountability to the company is considered.
  • Expense Reimbursement: Process semimonthly meal allowance and expense reimbursement for field personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any related course.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
