About the Role

MIESCOR Builders Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury Lead to manage our company's financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Cash Position Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company's daily cash position to ensure sufficient funds to meet cash commitments.
  2. Payment Processing: Prepares payment instructions to vendors and other creditors, and monitors the release of check vouchers.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the company's cash position.
  4. Risk Management: Assists with identifying and recommending strategies to minimize foreign currency, interest rate, and commodity exposure.
  5. Intercompany Transactions: Collaborates with the Intercompany Accountant to facilitate short and long-term intercompany settlements and transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance and Treasury Operations Certification. With at least 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations, the successful candidate will be knowledgeable in basic accounting, corporate/business finance, and risk management.
