Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead and execute our crypto casino projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention, leveraging strong leadership skills and industry expertise.
  • Oversee and Manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives to drive business growth and optimize ROI.
  • Lead and Coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance across all marketing channels.
  • Maintain Performance Metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, collaborating with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Research Market Trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in performance marketing.
