The role involves overseeing the overall performance of assigned products, encompassing profit and loss management, revenue generation strategies, and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through go-to-market strategies, streamline customer lifecycle initiatives, and implement sales process enhancements
- Ensure product relevance and competitiveness by defining differentiation strategies, outlining roadmaps, and driving innovation
- Oversee delivery operations to enhance operational efficiency and directly impact profit and loss statements
- Position the product strategically in the market and collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and awareness campaigns
- Expand the product portfolio by introducing new, viable products to create additional revenue streams
- Lead product strategy and go-to-market initiatives to drive long-term growth and success
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge
- Identify opportunities for enhancements or improvements to existing solutions based on client feedback and market insights
- College graduate in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial or Management Engineering
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, revenue operations, customer success or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Amenability to work onsite 3-4 days a week
