Job Title: Audit Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Staff to join our team. As an Audit Staff, you will be responsible for conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess the organization's financial health, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Identify potential risks and inefficiencies in financial systems and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to ensure understanding and implementation of audit recommendations
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record of conducting audits and identifying areas for improvement
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS frameworks, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
