As a highly skilled Support Specialist, you will be part of a technical team that handles advanced support tasks.

About the Role

This position involves working within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team to provide expert consumer support experience by interacting with consumers of various levels within the organization.

You will be responsible for monitoring personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing system, and ensuring consumers are properly handled and updated.

A key aspect of this role is creating and updating knowledge articles to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team.
  • Create a positive consumer support experience by interacting with consumers of various levels within the organization.
  • Monitor personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing system, and ensure consumers are properly handled and updated.
  • Create and update knowledge articles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any IT-related course with experience in working as an IT Service Provider.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in fixing Software and Hardware issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and up.
  • Experience in using service desk ticketing tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ServiceNow experience is beneficial.
