Job Description:

The Enterprise Coordinator role involves managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of client services. This entails building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

To excel in this position, you will need to create a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels within certain groups, build customer profiles in our main CRM, and generate reports within reporting tools for external customers. You must also conduct audits of customer accounts based on your own research, ensure instructions are challenged and updated across various teams, and develop templates across various tools as instructed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in an administrative capacity) is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps
