Job Opportunity

We are seeking a high-achieving Tech Operations Specialist to represent our portfolio of innovative businesses. In this client-facing role, you will work directly with founders and entrepreneurs to assist with the implementation and management of their technical and administrative workflows.

The Role

You will handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automation workflows, and design landing pages, with a focus on streamlining processes for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, launch, and monitor email campaigns using Instantly.ai.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other tools.
  • Generate targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's CRM (e.g., HubSpot or HighLevel).
  • Keep systems organized and documented in Notion or SOPs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical operations or marketing automation role.
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.
  • Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight.
