Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented customer support specialist to provide front-line support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working with technical troubleshooting documents.

The customer support specialist will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilizing Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce to manage customer interactions
  • Following troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when necessary
  • Actively listening to customer concerns and providing clear, empathetic solutions
  • Assisting in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
  • Providing basic guidance related to cars and car parts, with training provided as needed
  • Fluent in English with strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
  • Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong understanding of cars and car parts, with ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with a strong work ethic
