Tech Infrastructure Specialist | Strategic Platform Engineer

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions. They will ensure seamless integration with development workflows and operational scalability.

Key responsibilities include owning operational health and performance of production and pre-production environments, ensuring platform availability, scalability, security and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will also build, maintain and support ephemeral environments for development, testing and QA.

Collaboration with engineering, development and product teams is essential to ensure platform services are aligned with development needs. Technical expertise will be used to troubleshoot, resolve issues and enhance collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineer
  • Proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools and Docker
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities to resolve issues across various environments while maintaining operational stability
  • Able to effectively communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
