Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to provide remote administrative support to a team, enabling on-site staff to focus on direct customer interaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Email and Booking Management: Manage incoming reservation emails and online booking inquiries. Process bookings in the property management system following established procedures. Generate daily reports, including Reservation Activity Reports and internal checklists. Send booking confirmations and pre-arrival communications to guests.
  • Night Audit Assistance: Assist with Night Audit preparation (as applicable). Ensure accurate guest profiles and reservation data are maintained in the system.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to basic guest queries via email or other communication platforms. Support follow-up on guest reviews or feedback where appropriate. Handle overflow calls and transfer as needed (subject to technology upgrade).
  • Financial Transactions: Assist in reconciling daily takings and financial transactions. Support invoicing or preparing statements for corporate clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Autonomy and Organization: Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently. Organized and able to manage competing priorities remotely.
  • Tech-Savviness: Tech-savvy with confidence in using PMS, Microsoft Office, and email systems.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service support behind the scenes.
