About the Position

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the wellness curriculum, coordinating resources and schedules appointments efficiently. It also facilitates workshops, manages outreach programs, and creates marketing materials to promote wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains and adheres to the wellness curriculum to promote employee well-being, education, success, and retention.
  • Partners with operations teams and vendors to coordinate structured, cohesive, and accessible wellness tools and resources for employees.
  • Liaises actively with internal stakeholders and vendor clinicians to ensure efficiency in appointment scheduling and accuracy in staffing coverage.
  • Assists in creating reports and presenting data relevant to specific committees, business reviews, and administrative personnel.
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Develops and facilitates workshops and outreach on wellness topics; coordinates logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.

This includes:

  • Responsible for monthly outreach programming on-site for a specific campaign.
  • Responsible for all purchasing needs related to these events.
  • Must work closely with operations and workforce management to optimize times in which employees can attend events.
Requirements
  • Creativity and attention to detail when developing marketing materials to spotlight wellness initiatives through various communication methods.
  • Compliance in areas of policies and regulations as applicable.
  • Maintenance of organized and up-to-date records to meet audit requirements.
  • Collaboration with wellness personnel to implement best practices in wellness.
  • Ensure all training requirements are met for campaign personnel (onboarding, company-required training, etc).
  • Recognition of employees in distress and referral through proper channels and resources available.
  • Support of special projects and performance of various administrative duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
