About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellness Specialist to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Wellness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting the overall well-being and mental health of our employees. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of our employees
  • Provide one-on-one counselling and coaching to help employees manage stress, improve work-life balance, and achieve their personal and professional goals
  • Organize and facilitate group workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and work-life integration
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify and address employee well-being concerns
  • Maintain detailed records and data to track the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in the field of employee wellness

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Wellness Specialist or similar role in the healthcare or human resources industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address complex employee well-being issues
  • Expertise in designing and implementing evidence-based wellness programs and interventions
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure the impact of wellness initiatives
  • Certification in areas such as life coaching, meditation, or stress management is a plus
