Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a team of CSRs/TSRs, promoting high-performance standards, improving productivity, and enhancing overall profitability.

Responsibilities
  1. Performance Enhancement: Regularly review team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost efficiency.
  2. Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their goals and develop professionally.
  3. Cultural Ambassador: Establish a positive work environment that embodies company values and promotes collaboration among team members.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years experience in BPO industry or similar capacity with expertise in people and client management.
  2. Established track record as a team leader or supervisor.
  3. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  4. Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Exceptional decision-making capabilities.
  6. Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules, including graveyard shifts.
