We are looking for an experienced leader to join our financial services team as a Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 20 members who handle customer inquiries and issues, while also executing processes and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute processes and drive performance of the team on key metrics
- Manage a team of 20 members who handle customer inquiries and issues
- Work closely with management and team members to identify and escalate risks that impact the business
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking operations
- Min 2-3 years of work experience in contact center operations management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer-centric attitude, attention to detail, and computer proficiency
