This leading fintech company offers a digital platform for stock trading and mutual fund investments, making investing easy and accessible for first-time investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop innovative products by assessing opportunities in the cryptocurrency and investment space.
  • Develop and launch new products to drive product excellence and growth.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Revenue Growth:
  • Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth, including exploring new business models and revenue streams.
  • Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee business financials, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analysing financial data to drive cost-effective operations.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. They should have extensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, investments or fin-tech industry.

They should also have a proven track record of developing and launching successful products, deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends. Additionally, they should possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
