The Proposal Manager is a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the development of sales proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project teams to meet all schedules and deadlines
  • Assess solicitations, resource requirements, and other proposal elements to determine proposal resource needs and schedules
  • Maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to generate high-quality proposals and presentations
  • Help define win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other pertinent proposal content
  • Manage and communicate the proposal development and production schedules, keeping stakeholders informed of changes as they occur
  • Lead all aspects of proposal phases including kickoff meetings, internal team meetings, and reviews
  • Develop and follow procedures to ensure proposals conform to client requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience leading proposal response processes preferably in BPO
  • Experience collaborating with, coordinating, and leading remote teams
  • Excellent communication, research, and time management skills
  • Strong industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the contact center world
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with bid management applications is a plus but not required
