Support of existing and new applications.

Provide training to IT staff as needed. Assist in the developments of test scripts/criteria to qualify the service's ability to meet functional specifications. Provide production support and troubleshoot for system issues

Enforce standardization of technical solutions for maintainability.Execute System maintenance and perform system administration

Support the manager in managing the daily activities of the AS/400 team by providing direction and guidance to team members. Support implementation of systems to production environment. Handle escalations and unresolved tasks/projects from the less experienced team members.

Monitor and evaluate local AS/400 members' performance based on their job descriptions. Prepare individual performance appraisals of each AS/400 team member for approval of the Director of Systems Operations. Validate tickets received on Remedyforce for completeness and accuracy before assigning to individual AS/400 team members for resolution.

Review move to production documents, verify changes and implement the move on AMS before start of business New York time. Participate actively in the weekly Change Management Board Meeting.

Work with Sox Audit Compliance. Monitor AMS Qsysopr message queue for any error messages. Manage all Infinium activities such as upgrades, user's access, etc.

Maintain Application Inventory ListMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Fluent in RGPIII, RPGIV, Free Format, CL, ILE, SDA, PDM, SQL, RLU, RDi and Query. Experience on latest SDLC methodologies and Quality Management. Ability to work cooperatively with all levels in organization.

Minimum of 5 - 7 years 'experience in applications and systems development with implementation experience. Experience in RPG and CL programming and other AS/400 development tools
