Senior Tax Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional with expertise in tax preparation, internal collaboration, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely federal, state, and local Tax Returns.
  • Collaborate with accounting staff to ensure accuracy of data and supporting documentation.
  • Review financial reports for Compliance and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients via clear, professional emails.
  • Supervise staff, including assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
  • Conduct ongoing Tax Research to stay current with regulations.
  • Assist with quarterly estimated tax calculations and annual Tax Planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 3–4 years of bookkeeping experience with strong general ledger knowledge.
  • 2–4 years of tax return preparation experience.
  • Proficiency in UltraTax and Fixed Assets CS.
  • Experience using Soroban or Stanford Tax platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
