  • Create digital learning materials, including exercises, courses, and assessments on mental well-being and resilience.
  • Develop engaging written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.
  • Help refine psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.
  • Contribute to product development, working with AI-driven tools to improve our digital solutions.
  • Stay updated on mental well-being trends and research to enhance our products.

  • Support new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of our digital solutions.
  • Communicate with business clients to ensure successful implementation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business team to create materials that promote mental well-being initiatives.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and long-term platform usage.
">**Requirements & Qualifications**">
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with corporate clients and explain mental health concepts in a practical way.
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is an asset.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video creation tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science is essential.
  • Interest in AI-driven product development and digital mental health solutions.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Tagalog proficiency is an advantage for localization purposes.
