Product Development Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned product development leader to drive the success of our products. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading product development from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Work with business stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, proactively updating them on progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of successful experience in product development or a similar field.
  • Strong background in software engineering principles and processes.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology behind good user experience.
