Job Title

The Product Head role is a strategic position responsible for leading the product lifecycle from inception to delivery.

  • This involves developing comprehensive strategies and plans, defining product specifications, and ensuring business profitability.
Key Responsibilities

The Product Head will oversee the development of product strategies and plans, define product specifications, and ensure profitability of assigned portfolios. Additionally, they will lead teams in delivering product specifications and required product experiences.

  • Develop and implement product strategies and plans
  • Define and update product specifications and service levels
  • Ensure profitability of assigned portfolio and optimize product costs
  • Manage the product lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead a team to deliver product specifications and required product experience
  • Provide inputs to marketing teams for go-to-market plans and create marketing materials
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Preferably with IT/Telco industry experience
  • Understanding of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, Brand Management, and Project Management principles
  • Skills in Leadership & Management, Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional effectiveness
  • Problem solving & Decision making skills and strong financial management
  • Customer centricity
