Product Development Lead

Nimbyx, a BGC-based venture capital firm, is seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to join their team.

This role will be responsible for driving the development of innovative software products that deliver first-class user experiences. As a key member of the product management team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps that meet customer needs and business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate product vision and roadmaps into clearly defined user stories and tasks
  • Define story details including acceptance criteria to guide agile delivery teams
  • Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning for efficient execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager
  • Mindset: Embraces authentic Agile practices rooted in learning, customer focus, and rapid iteration
  • Adaptability: Able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
  • Ownership: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
  • Analytical: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making
