Business Analyst Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements for successful project delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Synthesizing process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Performing data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes.
  • Developing user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
  • Developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing.
  • Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Maintaining project-related documents.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
