**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and anomalies, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
  • Conduct data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems (e.g., project management tools, CRM).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Assist in building forecasting models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within construction, property, or a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and SQL.
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
