Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary:
- Manage and lead the financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes to drive strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to support business strategy and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Implement automation using tools like NetSuite and Power BI to enhance financial reporting and dashboard capabilities.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Lead process improvement initiatives within finance to drive efficiency, scalability, and automation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
- CPA or MBA certification is a plus.
