Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day financial activities, ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliant records.

  • Lead the month-end close process, guaranteeing timely preparation of financial reports
  • Direct and develop the finance team, ensuring excellent performance and expertise
  • Evaluate and implement financial accounting practices aligned with GAAP and DCAA standards
  • Collaborate with project managers on project status reviews, margin analysis and billing support
  • Oversee maintenance and optimization of the Deltek VantagePoint system

The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical, organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work assignments based on business needs.
