Job Overview

The Real Time Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing real-time performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service levels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year WFM experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced situations and adapt to rapid changes in information, process, direction, or immediate workflow.
