As a Property Valuation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our client's investment decisions by analyzing financial data and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to think independently and work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the information, and prepare detailed reports explaining your findings.
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Develop financial models to assess property performance and returns, taking into account factors such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and real estate metrics, applying this knowledge to inform investment decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist with due diligence, reviewing leases and financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate analysis or a related field.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling preferred.
  • Analytical experience that can think independently.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
