Customer Service Excellence - Work from Home Opportunity

This is a remote work-from-home opportunity where you will be the first point of contact for our customers' queries, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance. You will use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and delivery service partners to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Resolving technical issues related to Amazon's website, Prime services, and digital devices (Echo, Kindle, etc.).
  • Gathering intelligence to prevent potential issues impacting customer experience and delivery performance.
What You Can Expect:
  • A competitive monthly salary starting at PhP 18,700, excluding rice and internet allowance.

  • Variable shifts over a 40-hour week from Monday to Sunday.
  • Training to develop problem-solving skills for customer support.
  • Equipment provided by us: desktop computer, UPS or power supply, and headset. You will need a dedicated office space with a desk and chair, and reliable broadband connection. A noise- and hazard-free environment is required.
