Customer Support Agent Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent.

About the Job

This is a remote opportunity that requires exceptional written and spoken English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, as well as being comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
