Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles tailored to Microsoft Dynamics needs, ensuring seamless integration and effective workflow management.
  • Plan and lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, promoting transparency and open communication.
  • Act as a servant leader, identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics projects and operations, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines, driving continuous improvement.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues, promoting a culture of ownership and responsibility.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that backlogs for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service are properly groomed and prioritized, aligning business objectives with technical capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties, fostering a collaborative ecosystem.
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices, empowering them to take initiative in managing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics functionality, driving innovation and growth.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, response times, sprint burndown, and cycle time, measuring team performance and system success, informing data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated expertise managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems, driving successful outcomes.
  • Proven proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.
