Job Description

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support engineering teams and help build high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers. You will guide teams, clear blockers, and ensure success in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Champion agile values and practices within the organization
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
  • Remove roadblocks hindering team progress
  • Tweak Agile practices for better software delivery as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years as a Scrum Master or similar role
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (preferably)
