UX Design Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team.
  • Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
  • Support the marketing team with visual design for things like white papers, social media posts, and pitch decks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or any related role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
