
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience working in a remote setting.
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for planning and executing internal projects, coordinating appointments and meetings, preparing correspondence and documents, and maintaining contact lists. Additionally, they will assist in the preparation and review of client-facing documents and presentations, compile and analyze data for internal reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.

To be successful as a Virtual Assistant, you will need to have:

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
