Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee project operations and ensure seamless workflow across teams.

This part-time role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will support day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and maintain accurate documentation to prevent key details from falling through the cracks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to meet deadlines.
  • Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and provide operational insights to leadership.
  • Deliver weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
