Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced digital content and media services environment.

  1. The successful candidate will conduct thorough audits of operational workflows to assess compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  2. Analyzing current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements to optimize productivity and quality.
  3. Developing and maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in processes.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track progress on corrective actions.
  5. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data-driven insights to identify areas for process optimization.
  6. Preparing audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  7. Providing training and guidance to teams on process improvements and best practices to ensure adherence to operational standards.
  8. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to align business operations with evolving standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
  • Experience in digital content production, media services, or a similar fast-moving industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies, process mapping tools, and data analysis software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
