Job Title

Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business rules and align them with our baseline configuration options.

You will also be responsible for solutioning client implementations based on client needs and platform architecture. This includes scheduling and facilitating client meetings for site configuration and delivery.

Apart from that, you will manage and track progress on client deliverables, review client sites and usage metrics to proactively identify issues, and collaborate with technical teams as a QA, BA, and/or PM.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis and business strategy. If you have experience working with clients, managing projects, and analyzing data, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business rules and align them with our baseline configuration options
  • Solutioning client implementations based on client needs and platform architecture
  • Scheduling and facilitating client meetings for site configuration and delivery
  • Managing and tracking progress on client deliverables
  • Reviewing client sites and usage metrics to proactively identify issues

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of client-facing business analyst and/or technical project management experience
  • Has worked in a customer-facing role for at least 2 years, especially in a client support or client success capacity
  • Has at least 3 years of experience collaborating with technical teams as a QA, BA, and/or PM
