Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Insights Specialist with strong understanding of data handling, analytics, and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for data-related tasks including data collection, analysis, modeling using Excel and SQL to support business decisions.

They will also assist with business system setup and maintenance to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Perform data analysis using advanced statistical techniques and SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
    • Develop and maintain complex data models and databases.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Data Collection and Management:
    • Assist in setting up and maintaining business systems.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the system.
    • Develop and implement data collection processes to meet business needs.
  • Programming and Data Modeling:
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
    • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
  • Business System Support:
    • Provide support for business system-related issues and queries.
    • Assist in configuring and customizing business systems to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
  • Solid experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
