Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover early-stage investment opportunities
  • Track industry trends, deal activity, and portfolio performance
  • Support research efforts for new markets, sectors, and technologies
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and market developments
  • Maintain and improve internal databases of companies, contacts, and industry benchmarks
  • Automate routine data tasks using Excel, SQL, or lightweight scripting languages
  • Collaborate with associates and partners to deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Help implement AI-powered solutions across the organization to enhance efficiency and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting
  • Prior experience in startups or venture capital firms is highly desirable; a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies is also valued
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages
  • SQL for querying structured datasets
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
