Senior Operational Intelligence Specialist

The Senior Operational Intelligence Specialist is a key role in the Enterprise Projects team, responsible for driving process mining and operational analytics initiatives forward.
This position plays a vital part in assessing and evaluating process mining platforms, including Celonis and similar tools. The successful candidate will design and implement process mining models using Celonis or comparable platforms.
Collaboration with business and IT teams is essential to understand operational workflows and data sources, translating them into event logs. Developing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce, is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Creation of Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities is another key responsibility. Leveraging Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes is also required.
Conducting root cause analysis and identifying process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities are additional tasks that the Senior Operational Intelligence Specialist will perform.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
- Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
- Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.
