Engineering Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of the Power Plant, Machine Room, and all their accessories and auxiliaries.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the safe and efficient operation of the Power Plant, Machine Room, and all their accessories and auxiliaries.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Engineering Manual.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hotel or resort environment.
  • Knowledgeable in major equipment such as Boiler, Chiller, Generator, etc.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
