About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, interpreting, and analyzing complex data sets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Merge data from multiple sources into one usable file for onshore staff
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
  • Provide reports and/or assist on projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in a complex data set
  • Filter and scrub data, and review reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Knowledge of reporting packages and databases
  • Adept at creating queries and presenting findings to onshore staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to approach management with any questions or concerns regarding existing processes
Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or Statistics
