Job Description:

Our organization seeks a Data Analyst to drive informed decision-making through accurate reporting, trend analysis, and data visualization. This role involves gathering data from various systems, validating information, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders in finance, operations, risk, or shared services environments.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, a passion for working with data, and the ability to transform complex datasets into digestible reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal systems.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operations, financial planning, or risk management.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, relevant insights.
  • Translate raw data into business-friendly visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity; identify discrepancies and assist in resolution.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by preparing trend analyses and forecasting models.
  • Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and processes.
  • Assist in automating recurring reports and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, ideally in financial services, insurance, or enterprise operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of data structures, business KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with Python, R, or data modeling tools is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
