About Team Captain

We are seeking experienced leaders to oversee our team's daily operations. As a Team Captain, you will serve as the primary point of escalation for issues outside an agent's authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.
Leadership Skills

We expect our Team Captains to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitoring attendance and punctuality, and escalating people issues to the HR department as needed.
Performance Management

Our Team Captains will be responsible for monitoring and assessing team members' performance, providing timely feedback through regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.

Logistics and Coordination

Team Captains will also be responsible for ensuring that team members' needs are met, including equipment and training requirements. They will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Communication and Collaboration

Effective communication and collaboration are crucial in this role. Team Captains will work closely with the Client Experience Manager to implement policies related to client products and services.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuous improvement and value your input. Team Captains will be expected to identify opportunities for growth and development within the team and contribute to the ongoing development of customer support and success processes.
