Job Description">

As a seasoned Jira administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Atlassian Administration.

  • Manage user, group, role, and permission management to ensure seamless collaboration and security.
  • Design and optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
  • Create and maintain projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and actionable reports to provide valuable insights.
  • Track licenses, reconcile invoices, and right-size tiers to ensure optimal usage and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain Marketplace apps to enhance functionality and integration with CI/CD, chat, and other business tools.
  • Provide second-line support, run training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure security and compliance by documenting configurations and championing ongoing process improvements.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of proven Jira/Atlassian administration experience (cloud).
  • A solid grasp of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITSM (ITIL, SLAs, queues).
  • Experience managing SaaS licenses, budgets, or cost-control initiatives.
  • Strong scripting/automation skills (Groovy, Jira Automation, REST API) and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication and comfort training non-technical users.
  • A reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.
